Now more than ever its important to remember that the biggest drivers in breaking the stigma surrounding those living with Mental Illness are Community and Support. At its core, that’s what the Clubhouse model is all about. The Kansas Clubhouse Coalition recognizes that one state leader, more than others, has promoted the values of the clubhouse model and pushed for greater support of the mental health of Kansas’ citizens. We are eager to ask you to join us on Thursday, August 1, 2024 for a dinner to Honor the work Governor Kelly has done for our coalition. It will be a fun filled evening of education, touching remarks, and most importantly we will be giving Governor Kelly a special award.
The dinner will be held at the Stormont Vail Event Center, part of the Hotel Topeka at the City Center. Doors for the main event will open at 5:30, with drinks available and live jazz and each clubhouse will have its own booth, as well as a series of other activities in the lobby for people to participate in in. Dinner seating will be at 6:00 and a short program and award ceremony will be held after. In addition, there will be a VIP Social from 5-6 for those who wish to purchase access for an opportunity to meet the Governor and enjoy drinks and appetizers.
There are multiple levels of sponsorship available, or you can purchase individual tickets here on this website for $250. The VIP Social is an additional $100 per person.
